Stylish country escape Wollombi / Laguna area, lower Hunter Valley.

Enjoy time with family and friends at this tranquil lower Hunter Valley retreat overlooking a small billabong and grassy paddocks. Put your feet up and take in the view from the large deck or wind down and relax fireside.

A convenient 10 minute drive to The Great Northern Trading Post at Laguna for coffee, fresh bread, wines and Providore and a further 10 minutes to historic Wollombi village and its fabulous rustic Pub, small convenience store and pretty Wollombi Brook walk.

A spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling greets you with large picture windows, inviting you to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings and providing cool breezes in summer, whilst a large crackling fire warms in winter. The home is split level with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs which can accommodate up to 10 people. There are two large bathrooms, both with shower, bath and toilet. A gorgeous large sundrenched deck spans the house equipped with BBQ and tables. A firepit is stocked with wood for marshmallows after dark under the stars.

The house was very complete with amenities and extremely thoughtful - from numerous wireless chargers, a full kitchen, and more. It was a very lovely stay and the home was beautiful!

After many weekends away in delightful Laguna and Wollombi, our dream finally came true to buy a weekender which we love sharing with likeminded people who enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside to relax and recharge
