The perfect beach rental for a group! Lots of common space, but many big bedrooms so everyone has their own space. Sound doesn’t carry throughout the house. Great location, close to everything but quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive host!

Let me start with saying the owner was super nice, and prompt. I texted her the first day with a few issues and she was right there and also gave us a gift card for our troubles. As the week went on we came across issues that were mainly cleaning people problems.

Post labor day

Booked this house for 18. When we got there parts of the house were padlocked and had no access. Which left us with people having to sleep on the floor. Probably should get some type of refund. Other than that this place was very nice. Enjoyed almost everything. Could use some updates in the bathrooms and some of the doors in the house but I would definitely book again

Substandard property

The carpet was filthy and needs to be replaced. The house has a mice and ant problem. All of the living room and dining room furniture was out dated and needs to be replaced. The property manager was attentive and they immediately replaced a broke box spring for one of the beds and bought in mouse trips. The front porch was nice but can use better furniture.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We acknowledge that the carpet has seen better days and agree that it needs replacement, a step we'll be taking in the upcoming weeks. The existing stains were the result of previous guests, but it had been cleaned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit. - Dealing with ants can be challenging, especially in a beachside location. We are actively working with a pest control company to address this issue. As for the mouse concern, it's not something we've heard before, but we'll work with the pest control company to investigate and address this matter as well. - We apologize if the furniture did not suit your preferences. It is not outdated, and we ensure the listing reflects that accurately. While it may not be outdated, we recognize that improvements can be made, and we have plans to enhance it in the coming months. - We apologize for the oversight with the broken box spring. Our cleaning crew didn't catch it while making the beds, but we acted promptly to replace it as soon as you brought it to our attention. Thank you for your understanding and for sharing your thoughts with us.
