Vacation Vibes! "Paradise Point" is a beautiful 3 bedroom + den/office, 3 bathroom pool home located on a corner lot with nearby lake views! This stunning and tastefully decorated beach home boasts updated, coastal touches throughout in a tropical setting for your perfect island getaway. This beautiful home welcomes you upon entry with a grand, open concept area including the living room, dining room & kitchen. The main living room area opens up to the comfortable screened in lanai porch that overlooks the pool & patio area. It is there where you can enjoy the private, heated pool and spa and spacious outdoor space great for the whole family. The bedrooms offer a desirable split floor plan separating the master bedroom suite from the two guest bedrooms & bathrooms. The bonus den/office space is a wonderful feature for anyone needing an extra space to work however it does offer a pull-out sofa to provide ample space for extra family and friends to stay. This home also offers wonderful neighborhood amenities including a 7-minute walk to the beach and is steps away from the public golf course and tennis courts. The quiet and serene location make this pool home a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your much-needed vacation!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 8), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, heated pool & spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, BBQ gas grill. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

This house is listed as " pet friendly". We rented the home for a month in February 2026 with our two dogs. One day i find my 9 month old puppy eating Sago Palm seeds from the plantbin the same area as were my dogs were. Look up this plant, its deadly to dogs. We rushed him to the animal hospital in Fort Meyers. Six days in the hospital and a bill of almost as much as it cost me to rent this home, his liver was shutting down. Had to put him down and drive back to NC with only one of my dogs. How irresponsible the owner and real estate company are for not knowing there were actually two of these plants on the property. My Wife and I are devastated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the home was very clean and well equipped - 5 stars. It was, once-upon-a-time, a high-end home. We had pool problems the weekend my children visited and air conditioning problems throughout the 3 week stay (reserved a month). Lots of bugs all over the exterior, and not just little flies, but cocoons and spiders that occupying owners in that neighborhood would normally clean away. Some windows didn't open or didn't have screens and many of those that did open were buggy or dirty between screen & glass. The management company was responsive and friendly, but that didn't make up for the lost pool weekend or air-conditioning problems that persisted. In the future, I'll look for newer or recently renovated properties. I also recognize that our stay was only about 1-1/2 yrs "post Ian" so may remain difficult for mgmt to keep up with some of the exterior maintenance.

Situated in a great area, walking distance to the beach and easy access to Periwinkle Way when we wanted to go explore. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels and beach chairs, umbrellas and pool floats. The pool was very relaxing and nice to float in after a day at the beach. The house was great and would definitely recommend staying here.

They were great to speak with on the phone, their office personnel were friendly, and they had the best prices.Our family had a great time and this house was in the process of complete renovation after the hurricane Ian destroyed most homes and condominiums on Sanibel island. Rob and his staff from SBL vacations were very receptive and good about the few wrinkles we had from the ongoing renovation. The landscaping was amazing despite hurricane IAN that had come through nine months earlier.The property was very well located and very clean and the pool was very functional although there was no cage because it was torn down by the hurricane. It was well stocked and very comfortable and of course we would recommend this house to others. Thanks again Rob and SBL for your continued customer service. Ron and Donna
