We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and sits on such a serene and peaceful property. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked—we truly had everything we needed and more.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our family get-together, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting to spend time together and make wonderful memories.We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back. Our extended family -- grandparents, children and spouses, grandchildren and spouses -- stayed here for a long weekend. The house fit us perfectly -- just right number of beds; huge well-stocked kitchen; wonderful deck and grounds, with a variety of activities available, both at the house and in nearby Shakopee. We enjoyed lunch and the theater in St Paul, and horse racing at Canterbury Park. It was a hit with everyone.

Great location, plenty of space and felt safe.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed, I was impressed with ease of entering the property. The host was very responsive even when I forgot my jacket after check out and needed to come back that evening. HIGHLY recommend this Vrbo, my family and I will be back!

Family reunion

This was by far the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. If you needed it, they had it. The house was clean, provided lots of space inside and out. There is not a bad thing I could say about the place, other than possibly more than one bed bigger than a full size mattress, but that wouldn’t keep us from returning with all the same people. I would highly recommend this place to any group needing enough space for a group of 20. We couldn’t even tell there were twenty people because the house was so big.

Great location Great house

The location and the house was great, we had a group of 15 men. Played basketball in Driveway, fire pit was great. Distance to MOA was ok, took train downtown to WNBA and Vikings NFL game. No traffic hassle at all,

The house is perfect for gathering with friends. We loved the open layout around an extraordinary kitchen, the deck with a park-like view, and the firepit. House was well stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was excellent.

We were very happy with the Expansive Retreat in Shakopee. Very clean and spacious. Rooms for everyone to stay. The kids had a lot of space to run and play outside. Kitchen was great! Kids heaven

This was our second time staying at this home and will be booking a third reservation soon. We had 10 kids with us and never left the property for 3 days (other than to Target which is 5 mins away). The entire 5 acres is fenced in and the kids love to explore every inch of it. House is stocked with everything you need. Thank you!
