Surrounded by nature, close to the ocean, bathed in sunlight and enjoying ever-evolving hinterland views, this modern apartment in Noosa Heads typifies the very best of coastal life. Part of a small boutique complex, the mid-floor three-bedroom retreat makes its home near the end of a quiet street. Backing onto a nature reserve and only 800m from lush Noosa National Park, it’s surrounded by a sightscape of leafy green with a soundtrack of birdsong and bushland. It’s the perfect base from which to plan, and enjoy, each new day of your Noosa adventure.
Designed around alluring coastal shades in a mix of blues, whites and soft, buttery timbers, the apartment’s floorplan can easily accommodate family, friends or a combination of the two, with a thoughtful layout that positions the bedrooms at the back for privacy and retreat.
This leaves plentiful space for the welcoming lifestyle zone, which encompasses a kitchen large enough for group meal preparation, an inviting dining setting and a comfortable lounge area. All enjoy views to the great outdoors through expansive banks of glass flowing through to a wraparound balcony, which is furnished for alfresco entertaining with a table and chairs. Complete with views to Noosa Sound and the mountains beyond, it’s the perfect spot for morning breakfast, home-cooked meals or a game of cards once the sun sinks below the horizon.
To maximise your access to leisure and pleasure, the 12-apartment complex features an inviting inground pool, spa, sauna and barbecue. Beyond that lies a further world of natural wonder.
Trails and a boardwalk serve as a shortcut through to Hastings St and Main Beach, both of which are must-dos for any visitors to Noosa. Browse and buy along the buzzing retail precinct or eat your way through the kind of seasonal menus that have helped establish Noosa as a foodie hotspot. Pick the right table and your meal can be backgrounded by a vista of sun-sparkled water and golden sands on the beach. Or, with a journey of just a few steps, you can experience both in real life, before making the call to swim or sunbake, stroll or surf, snorkel or shell hunt. There’s also the nearby national park for a greener perspective on the world, whether you bushwalk and birdwatch or simply wander in any direction your shoes may lead, camera in hand and the scenery in focus.
Whatever you decide, it’s all about finding glory in the beauty, joy and simple pleasures of Mother Nature. All from a holiday base which couldn’t be more perfectly located. Relax, retreat and enjoy.

Pleasant with some minor reservations.
Overall, a good quality property with expansive water views.Clean and quiet. The advertisements specify easy walk to Hastings Street. They do not mention that the return is either a lengthy climb up the road or a steep climb up woodland steps. On arrival we were unable to get the TV to function. Niche assured us that somebody would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Luckily we eventually sorted it out. We also never found the switch to turn on the extractor fan over the stove. Fortunately we didn't cook much!Overall, a pleasant place to stay but probably best if you have a car.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the walk back from Hastings Street. While many guests enjoy the stroll, we understand it may not suit everyone, and we’ll look at how we can better clarify that in our property descriptions.
We're also sorry to hear about the delay in TV support and the extractor fan confusion. That’s not the level of responsiveness we aim for, and we’ll be following this up with our team to ensure we improve in this area.
Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back to Noosa, perhaps with keys to a property that’s an easier walk home or better suited to your needs.
Warm regards,
The Niche Holidays Noosa Team
