Indulge in this newly remodeled and professionally designed two bedroom, two bath home with loft sleeping space - sleeping for up to six guests. Nestled on the Blueberry hillside at the Lynx Complex, this stunning top floor home offers plenty of space to rest, recover and entertain in style.

Every element of this luxury home has been designed with both elegance and comfort in mind. From the tasteful collection of designer furniture and art to the custom-built gas fireplace, Smart TV and state of the art Miele appliances, this 1173 sqft home is perfect for a quick getaway or a longer retreat.

You can also rest easy knowing all of your valuable ski equipment can be stored in a private, secured storage room within the complex.

- Room 1: Primary bedroom, Queen bed, closet for storage and private ensuite bathroom with shower/bath
- Room 2: Second bedroom, bunk bed (Twin over Queen) and Twin trundle, closet for storage
- Room 3: Loft bedroom (accessed up narrow stairs), cozy Queen bed (ideal for older kids or teenagers) Please note that the loft is accessed via narrow stairs and is not suitable for young children or adults with mobility restrictions.

LOCATION:
The Lynx complex in Blueberry Hill is located a 4 min drive or 15-20 min walk along Valley Trail to Whistler Village entrance, a 5 min drive to Whistler Village ski lift/gondola parking lots and a 4 min drive to Whistler Creekside parking. Blueberry Hill location offers easy access to the Valley Trail, Whistler golf course, Alta Lake, and many hiking/biking trails. Plus it's only a 5 minute walk to the Blueberry Park and swimming docs! There are also 2 very close bus stops near the home that will drop you off right in the village and next to the ski gondolas! Makes getting to and from skiing a total breeze!

PARKING:
Free on-site parking for two vehicles - one dedicated undercover space with room for one vehicle and one visitor space

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note this home is located on the top level up two flights of stairs, with no access to an elevator.

Other things to note:
All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to confirm their reservation. We will also require a piece of government ID with the name matching the name on the reservation and the credit card to be uploaded to our secure portal.

This home has a Nest Doorbell camera at the front entrance for security purposes.
