Great Stay off Mass Ave

We stayed for Christmas and the location is perfect! We could not have been happier with the location. The unit had everything we needed we would stay again!

Great Location

Spent 7 weeks and enjoyed location and restaurant options. Property needs to be better maintained with regular maintenance on refrigerator and a/c unit.

The furniture was a bit uncomfortable and not enough furniture in the living room to relax with 4 people . The garage door instructions were not clear . The instructions said garage door opener and it’s was a garage door tag . Also checkout instructions were different from what the host actually wanted . Not a mind reader .

Useless electronic key system

Great neighborhood, good apartment (except for very strange smell) Unreliable check in that utilizes an electronic key system which doesn’t always work leaving you locked out of building, apt, elevator at times. 24 hr support responded ‘I’m sorry I cant help you with that’

Not recommended - worst experience ever had in a rental

I E-mailed 4 times prior to check-in and was told info would be sent 48 hours prior. It was not, I sent the property address and door code upon arrival. I arrived at the building and had no way to access it. After over 1 hour outside, I finally got a hold of the remote manager, who sent a link to the complicated 14-step check-in guide. I would never have booked if I knew it was such a process. Then, when I finally got inside the unit, the carpets were soiled, the beds were size and uncomfortable, the cheapest furniture I could imagine, there was mold in the shower walls, and the shower heads were gross. Blinds were cheap, let in light, and had no privacy; we got zero sleep and never felt comfortable.
