Modern Stay in the Bay
An exciting new and modern designed home in the heart of Horseshoe Bay offers reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, brand new furnishings and appliances and lovely polished concrete floors.
20 minutes walk to the beachfront or stroll to the bus stop on Horseshoe Bay Road 600 metres away.
Large tinted sliding doors surround the front and side of the kitchen and living room offering an open and inviting space or private and secluded behind the screened or blockout roller blinds.
Equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop with rangehood, dishwasher and underbench frontloading washing machine.
A built in desk or working space with chair is provided as an extension from the kitchen area. WIFI provided
Wall mounted Smart TV set up with Netflix account and comfortable lounge area.
Two spacious bedrooms have queen size beds, robes and air condtitioning. The beautiful bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Outdoor setting and BBQ on the open front veranda
