FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! PICTURE THIS: from the master bedroom, open the Floor-to-Ceiling glass doors and walk out on the private balcony with plenty of seating. Emerald water and white sand stare back at you, beckoning you to have a seat on the awesome, tall patio chairs and enjoy the calming sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room also features balcony access so everyone gets to see the gorgeous view! This three bedroom, two bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and granite counter tops. The living room and each bedroom has a SMART TV and free WIFI, which makes makes connecting easy! This unit has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The gulf-front pool and secluded beach front is shared by only 24 units. Okaloosa Island is a popular family destination, offering easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment of the Emerald Coast!

Great location right on the beach! We had everything we needed. The only downside was we weren’t able to stream on any of the TVs so we couldn’t use our streaming service. I also suggest the bathtubs be equipped with safety bars.

Very nice and clean condo. We wanted a smaller, less crowded condo/beach and that’s exactly what we got. Very short walk to the beach. Only 1 row of beach chairs and not crowded at all, any time of the day. Pool was a little small.

Fabulous

We were pleasantly impressed with this unit. It was very clean, well maintained and exactly as described. The location was very quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The parking was very close to the building and also has a covered parking area as well. We had always chose bigger venues to stay at but no anymore. The smaller unit provides less crowded beach area . I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here. It is close enough to Destin but away from the heavy traffic .

Elizabeth told me that they care about their customers, & she proved that to be true by going out of her way to assist us. We appreciated that so much. We also appreciated the communications we received from them during our stay. We have stayed in this unit in the past, and have always enjoyed the location & decor. We especially like the fact that Brooks & Shorey uses damage insurance instead of damage deposits. We would definitely recommend Brooks & Shorey & this unit to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have booked with Brooks and Storey previously many years ago. Just as in the past renting a condo for the week was seamless. B & S makes the whole process simple. Description and pictures of the condo and surrounding areas were accurate. The only thing I would change is a few cleaning issues in the condo itself. Vents were a little dusty, dishes and silverware had water spots and some old food on them, and the furniture was a little dirty. I think think the issue with the furniture is perhaps the dehumidifier didn't work well enough or perhaps not at all. Everything felt a little damp. All this wasn't a huge deal, just something I would change or suggest for the cleaning crew.We did have an issue with one of our beds and notified the maintenance crew. The responded in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the issue!Overall you can't beat the view and the building and grounds around were very well maintained. Having a washer/dryer, beach toys, and free daily beach chair service was wonderful!We would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay on Okaloosa Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit to Sea Dunes on Okaloosa Island, a little island off shore from Fort Walton Beach. We were a party of 6 - 2 grands, 2 adult children, a 6 year old and a toddler. We were there in late May and the area was not too crowded nor noisy. The condo complex has 6 floors with 4 units on each floor so it is not huge and crowded. It has one elevator which was always available and the parking under the building was a bonus. The unit was nicely outfitted with everything you need. The showers had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and as grandparents, we kept the children so the parents could enjoy a couple of date nights. They reported that the pier restaurants were the basic chain offerings. However, one night we all walked down the street to have delicious seafood at Stewby’s. The condo was in good condition and we didn’t hear our neighbors. The balcony was shaded all day and great for reading and watching the beautiful green waters of the emerald coast. The children enjoyed the pool as a change from the beach. Having two chairs and an umbrella was great but you have to be early birds to claim them (we were) or the attendant will rent the chairs to someone else. We found that to be a bit awkward as there are a limited number of chairs available. Having a full sized washer and dryer was great also. The only thing we found odd was having a 4 cup coffeemaker for a 3 bedroom unit. There is also a full sized Keurig but if you have real coffee drinkers, you’ll be constantly making more pots of coffee. We didn’t have any maintenance issues and would definitely rent here again. We had a toddler who spent a great deal of time on the floor and, although it did not appear to be dirty, the vinyl flooring was very dirty. We mopped but I am sure it is hard to keep the floor clean in this location.
