The villa is located at the foot of mountain Hymettus 12 mins from Athens international airport El. Venizelos.
It's a spacious, newly built, countryside villa surrounded by a beautifull private garden of pines, olives and citrus trees.
It is ideal for those who want to combine the beauties of Athens within a serene enviroment.

The house has 2 floors, the main floor and the basement.
In the main floor there is 1 bedroom with a queen-size double bed. There is also 1 living room with a sofa that can be switched around into 1 double bed or 2 single ones and a bathroom.
In the basement there is a bedroom with a single bed (bunk bed) and an ensuite bathroom.
There is also a cot bed that can be placed anywhere you would like.

The house is 5 minutes by car from Koropi City
From Koropi with the suburban train you can reach the center of Athens in 40 minutes and in less than half an hour by car, you can reach in one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Attica, Porto Rafti.

Fantastic place Great host

The mountain is a wonderful view. The host left fruit and wine and could not have been more accommodating. The pool and hot tub were dreamy. If we make it back to Greece we would stay here again.

Amazingly relaxed holiday

The villa is only 13 mins drive from the airport but feels a million miles away due to the tranquility. The villa is spacious with all the ameneties you could wish for and more. The pool is massive and very deep, so great for diving. We spent every minute of the day in the pool. We hired a car but in hindsight we didnt need to as the property is served by uber, so this would have worked out cheaper in the long run. I will definitely be back. Laura

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre propice au calme et à la decontraction absolue...

Une villa, certes à l'écart de la vie trépignante humaine, mais propice au calme et à la décontraction absolue. A 30 minutes des superbes plages du sud de la Grèce et de nombreux bars et tres bons restaurants. A 45 minutes d'un parking en hyper centre d'Athenes (Metra parking) qui vous permet de visiter les sites historiques et de flaner dans les quartiers commercants et également diner dans le quartier du Plaka. La villa est parfaite, les aménagements sont bien pensés. La piscine pour la baignade du matin avant les excursions est géniale. Le Jacuzzi pour l'apres excursions est top pour la décontraction et une fin de soirée apaisante. Bref, une résidence pour des vacances reussies !

Remote yet convenient

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks at the villa. The master bedroom has air con while the second bedroom is half below ground and so keeps cooler. The pool is massive and very deep. You need to be near 6ft to be able to stand in the shallow end. There is a smaller shallow pool off to the side of main pool for smaller children. Owner was very helpful but not intrusive at all. Koropi is a little town with some nice restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. You can get the metro from Koropi train station twice an hour to the centre of Athens. A car is essential due to the remote location but your in Koropi in a 10 min drive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa avec piscine et jacuzzi. Tout était propice à la détente en rentrant des journées de visites des environs. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour leurs hôtes, c est très appréciable! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La piscine est nettoyée régulièrement. Schöner ruhiger Platz zum Entspannen, ganz nah bei Athen

Wunderschöner Ort irgendwo im nirgendwo. Phantastischer Pool, 7,8 km zur U- Bahn mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Von dort in ca. 30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Athen. Mit dem Auto in einer Stunde in Korinth. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und gleichzeitig bester Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen.

Prachtig gelegen villa met fantastisch zwembad en een heerlijke Spa!

Een geweldig mooi huis, smaakvol ingericht, alle belangrijke voorzieningen aanwezig. Zeer geschikt voor uitstapjes naar Athene, zeer simpel te bereiken met de metro vanuit Koropi. Parkeren bij de metro is gratis en er is voldoende plek, met een half uur zit je in het centrum van Athene, retourkaartje kost rond de 2 euro 70. De villa is een oase van rust en een welkome afwisseling op de drukte van de prachtige stad Athene.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The outside area is lovely and the pool is massive! A car is vital as it’s a bit out of the way (15 mins to the airport, 35 mins to central Athens). Highly recommended for a quiet relaxing break.

A slice of paradise!

An absolutely wonderful villa! We were only in Athens for three nights and we were in danger of not being able to leave because the villa was so nice. The swimming pool is fantastic and the hot tub is absolutely glorious. We loved the kitchen and Marianthi was lovely enough to provide us with fresh fruit picked from the garden for our stay. We were provided with all the little things we needed like towels and toiletries. All in all, a wonderful stay and we will definitely be going back in future. PS you will almost definitely need a car if you are going to be going to and from Athens city due to the location of the villa.

Schöne Villa mitten in Natur - ruhig - und riesengroßes Pool

Alles war bestens organisiert für späte Ankunft, haben relativ einfach gefunden. Haus ist sehr groß und rustikal eingerichtet. Geeignet für 4 Personen, aber besser 2Persone + 2 Kinder (Teenager) da das 2te Zimmer nur Stockbett hat. Für uns war das ideal ausreichend. Wir hatten Glück und es war nur das erste Haus belegt, wir hatten den ganzen Pool für uns alleine! fahrt nach Athen Altstadt ist ~ 20km und ~30-45 Minuten je nach Verkehr. Es hat uns super gefallen und Besitzer reagiert schnell und verlässlich auf alle Anfragen per e-mail
