The villa is located at the foot of mountain Hymettus 12 mins from Athens international airport El. Venizelos.
It's a spacious, newly built, countryside villa surrounded by a beautifull private garden of pines, olives and citrus trees.
It is ideal for those who want to combine the beauties of Athens within a serene enviroment.

The house has 2 floors, the main floor and the basement.
In the main floor there is 1 bedroom with a queen-size double bed. There is also 1 living room with a sofa that can be switched around into 1 double bed or 2 single ones and a bathroom.
In the basement there is a bedroom with a single bed (bunk bed) and an ensuite bathroom.
There is also a cot bed that can be placed anywhere you would like.

The house is 5 minutes by car from Koropi City
From Koropi with the suburban train you can reach the center of Athens in 40 minutes and in less than half an hour by car, you can reach in one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Attica, Porto Rafti.

Amazingly relaxed holiday

The villa is only 13 mins drive from the airport but feels a million miles away due to the tranquility. The villa is spacious with all the ameneties you could wish for and more. The pool is massive and very deep, so great for diving. We spent every minute of the day in the pool. We hired a car but in hindsight we didnt need to as the property is served by uber, so this would have worked out cheaper in the long run. I will definitely be back. Laura

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre propice au calme et à la decontraction absolue...

Une villa, certes à l'écart de la vie trépignante humaine, mais propice au calme et à la décontraction absolue. A 30 minutes des superbes plages du sud de la Grèce et de nombreux bars et tres bons restaurants. A 45 minutes d'un parking en hyper centre d'Athenes (Metra parking) qui vous permet de visiter les sites historiques et de flaner dans les quartiers commercants et également diner dans le quartier du Plaka. La villa est parfaite, les aménagements sont bien pensés. La piscine pour la baignade du matin avant les excursions est géniale. Le Jacuzzi pour l'apres excursions est top pour la décontraction et une fin de soirée apaisante. Bref, une résidence pour des vacances reussies !

im Paradies

Ruhige, ländliche Villa mit besonderem Esprit. In 10 min. an der Metrostation, weitere 40 min. bis in die Innenstadt (Monastiraki, Plaka, Syntagma). Sehr persönliche Einrichtung. Beim nächsten Athenbesuch sicherlich wieder unser Quartier

Remote yet convenient

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks at the villa. The master bedroom has air con while the second bedroom is half below ground and so keeps cooler. The pool is massive and very deep. You need to be near 6ft to be able to stand in the shallow end. There is a smaller shallow pool off to the side of main pool for smaller children. Owner was very helpful but not intrusive at all. Koropi is a little town with some nice restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. You can get the metro from Koropi train station twice an hour to the centre of Athens. A car is essential due to the remote location but your in Koropi in a 10 min drive.

Athens Getaway

Lovely location, it was so peaceful and quiet and villa was spotless and had everything we needed. just a short 10min drive to train station where we could catch the metro which had frequent trains direct into Athens. Lovely stay in a beautiful location, would highly recommend. Car however is essential
