City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 2 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Downtown location across from the Canada Life Centre and close to many other attractions. 1 bedroom with a cloudy that sleeps 1. Full kitchen, laundry and a balcony to relax and enjoy your morning or evening beverage.we do not allow cats in our units. Parking is extra the building has an attached parkade. through me you can order a parking pass based on availability for $20 per day. Parkade has lots of parking no Gym access or lounge access This building does not allow any extra guests. The City bylaw needs to be followed, which is maximum of two adults in this unit failure to adhere to this rule rollover result in eviction early check-in is available on a first come first serve basis 12 PM check-in is $75, 1 PM. Check-in is $60 and 2 PM check-in is $50. If you ask on the same day there is an extra $10 charge. We also offer a late check out based on first come first served 1 PM checkout is $35, 2 PM. Checkout is $50 and it’s only based on availability Ideas required in order to book. Please send a screenshot of your ID through the chat. Once you have booked no entrance will be allowed until we receive the screenshot of the ID. We do not allow cats at all. Do not even ask we have zero tolerance for parties, reckless behavior, disturbing the neighbours and mistreatment of Security. If any of the above are done, we will evict and there is no refund people live in this building. You need to respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a respectable level. Nice clean property.

The photos are pretty accurate, liked my stay here and the property manager replies quick if you need help. The door can be a bit finicky to lock when you are leaving but other than that it was nice.

A fantastic location

This location was perfect if attending an event at Canada Life Center. The building is quiet and the parking is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Shower didn’t work and I mentioned to people they said a part needs to come in but you have to play around with it to get it working. Well it didn’t work. A note or something should if been left advising me of this. Also I had to ask what the internet password was and lastly the ring / battery died for locking the door so I couldn’t leave last night to go out because I was afraid I wouldn’t get back in. A message was sent to me about this but I didn’t see it until later on

Accessing the building was a pain. The elevator was out of service(yay highrise). There was no security access fob in the room, so I was unable to access any of the facilities listed. Tje fob would also be how i got back in if I left the building. I messaged the host about this but heard nothing back from them after a "we'll ask the cleaners".The door to the balcony was missing it's handle and the holes where it used to be let in a constant draft. The furniture has seen significant wear and replacement since the photos were taken. We weren't even able to stay the night, since starting in the early evening the whole floor stunk so badly of weed(the loose fitting door let this smell and a lot of outside noise in) that it exascerbated my partners asthma and we had to seek other accomodation. So much for our romantic getaway.

Very nice condo .

We loved the condo , very nice cozy little place for a couple , with a balcony with a decent view of the city , great location just off portage . The communication with the manager wasn’t great unfortunately ., also no garbage bags in the rooms at all nor any paper towel . Besides these things it was a really nice place to stay .

Pictures Did Not Resemble Unit

Not overly impressed with this stay or unit. Was relegated to a different, smaller unit, that was dirty and damaged and not even part of their VRBO properties. Microwave looked like it was melted in a fire and kept going off at random hours of the night (e.g., 2am), couch was stained and gross, floor rug was also stained, floors were dirty, holes and damage in walls, unit smelled like cigarette smoke. While the owner offset the move to a different unit with complimentary parking for my week stay, the price I was told for the pass was more expensive than what was advertised in the actual parkade. The owner also came across as very non-communicative and did not make me feel comfortable reaching out. Moreover, I was told I would have to move units over and over if I didn’t take this smaller unit. Based on the issues related to being moved to a new unit (that was misrepresented), the lack of cleanliness, and the location, I do not think the price they were charging (including a high cleaning fee) is unacceptable. I would not recommend nor would I rent from this owner again.
