it's a great location for walking to the boardwalk, the lagoon or into town for dinner or shopping. The view is great from both floors. The layout is good with the 2 bedrooms far apart for privacy while also good for sharing kitchen and loungeroom. Only downfall is the steep driveway and stairs. The visiting cockatoos are friendly.

Great location

The only small negative was the driveway was steeper than it appeared and then the steps to get to the 1st floor and, apart from that this is a well-appointed apartment in a great location with exceptional views.

Very nice property next to the lagoon and walkable to the main shopping and dining areas. Well appointed as we like to cook some nights. You can walk to the marina for your excursions, but it would be a bit of a hike. Driving only took 5-7 minutes.
