The house is spacious and on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. We had 3 cars - all could be parked off of the street, and we could even park one in the garage. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful views of lake Erie in a very quiet town. Plenty of space for my family to spread out and enjoy. There were some dishes put away that appeared dirty but otherwise the home was clean. One thing to be aware of is the property has an induction stove top so it can be tricky to use if you are not familiar with them. That said, the dual oven setup was great for bigger meal times. Would stay again if we are traveling to the area

I was disappointed. Our arrival had dirty dishes in the sink, numerous, heavy cobwebs on the outdoor furniture and many burned out lightbulbs. We later found dirty dishes in the cupboards and dirty drawers, knobs and light switches.We requested light bulbs for the bathroom but otherwise wanted our privacy. Great response from EVOLVE team, and a terse reply from the owner. We did receive the bulbs.It could be a lovely property, but right now it feels unkempt.

It's an excellent property for the money. Very large rooms. One bed downstairs, and I think they said 4 upstairs. I had a bum knee so I never went up. We literally had zero complaints. The kitchen even had a airfryer. The cook of our group said we're booking that house every year for our annual fishing trips. It had everything that he needed.

Luna Pier Lake House

The house is large and accommodated the 6 of us easily with several areas for family and friends to gather. Outside area is wonderful, it was rainy and cold during our March visit, but it was still beautiful and refreshing. Kitchen had everything we needed, parking was available, area is beautiful. A wonderful place.

We loved the house. The only issue was that the hot and cold water in the bathrooms are backwards. Right hot, left cold…The location was perfect. Loved the lake and that we could walk to restaurants.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The view is tranquil across Maumee Bay. Hreat bird watching - we saw Bald Eagles several days.If you are planning on doing your own cooking, bring measuring spoons and cups. Check with the property manager about thr range. It is a beautiful convection range, but you may eant guidance on what pots to use.Spacious and light is an understatement. It's extremely relaxing and comfortable.
