Hi there welcome to Nelson and to my home! Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Centrally located. Heritage home. My home was built in the 1920’s. Eclectic hardwood floors. 3 bedrooms (2 queen & 1 double). Desk work station in master bedroom. One bath with rain shower hand shower and tub. Heated flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Private Office on main floor.
Mountain view. Large terraced property with flower garden and fruit trees. Lots of room to run around.
Cooks kitchen with lots of appliances.
Indoor and outdoor dining areas.
2 min car ride or ten min walk to downtown. Family friendly park and pool with city lookout across the street. 15 min bike rides to many trail heads. Whitewater ski resort is a 20 min drive. Lakeside park 5 min drive / bike or 20 min walk away.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio rain or shine staring out to the mountains and green.

The things I love most about my neighborhood are my amazing neighbors. The closeness to everything. Very central and everything is walkable.

What makes this property unique

Aside from being a beautiful heritage home... The property itself is very large. I have fruit trees and a very large vegetable garden. And my covered patio is amazing year round. Gazing up at stars and staring at the mountain.
