You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING: Sophisticated touches and a stylish mix of furniture set the scene in a relaxing, first-floor, open-concept haven! Relax in the living room in front of the wall-mounted TV, play cards at the round dining table for 8, or chat on bar-height seating along the kitchen island during dinner prep in the chef-worthy kitchen. Double dishwashers, a separate ice maker, generous counterspace, gas range, open shelving, and beverage bar make it easy to entertain or host sunset cocktails. Paneling painted white on ceiling and blue on the island attests to coastal craftsmanship, which complements professionally decorated interiors. Step onto the 12’x30’ front porch to sit awhile and sip something cool.
The second-floor balcony above is just as spacious, with stylish outdoor sofa and seating overlooking a delightful streetscape. Back inside, the upstairs living area offers cozy sofa, TV and beverage bar.
SLEEEPING QUARTERS: A king bedroom on the first floor offers bed backed by a custom accent wall the privacy of an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Level two houses the primary suite, with a statement, four-poster bed, private balcony, and large bathroom, while another king suite with private bath joins a darling bunk room with bath. A third-floor loft with two bunks with trundles creates a kid-friendly space, and it shares a bathroom with a final king bedroom that includes a built-in twin bunk above the king bed.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET-FRIENDLY HOME, THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Afterley Pointe is a non-pet-friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Afterley Pointe the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
