Sun Rise Beach Escape is a three-bedroom, three-bath beach view condo, that comfortably sleeps 8 and is located on the third floor of the appealing Grand Caribbean Condominiums.
Wake up to the sunrise at this condo, which has breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living room, deck, and also the master bedroom. You can also see the shared pool and the boardwalk below. This building is equipped with an elevator, and no stairs to climb unless you want the exercise.
This lovely place has a full kitchen with excellent appliances, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. It also has not one but two regular drip coffee makers. The dining table has seating for six.
The living room has plenty of seating to watch TV or DVDs, with a leather couch and a love seat that reclines. This unit comes with complimentary Wi-Fi.
The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall with a full-size washer, a dryer, a small dorm-size refrigerator for extra drinks, and a rack for hanging your clothes.
(BR1) The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large closet, a TV, balcony access, and outdoor seating. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity and a separate tub/shower combination unit.

Great place to stay. Because it’s located between 2beach access roads it’s peaceful.

The beds were very comfortable. Great array of cooking tools. Lovely view of the beach. I liked that it was a corner unit. I plan to use it again.

Great location. Check in information was not provided as promised and had to call property management an insist on staying on line until it was provided. Bedroom linens were stained and had not been cleaned from previous occupant. No spectrum tv as promised. Bring your own can opener!!!! Location was great!

Family beach vacation

Loved all the amenities that this condo provided. We have stayed at others in this same facility but this one was the best. It had ample toiletries, towels, games, kitchen cookware, and more. Comfortable beds. Updated appliances. Good communication.
