We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify a few things for future guests: Mattress & Pillows: Comfort is personal, and while many find our bed(s) cozy, we’re always open to improvements. When speaking prior to your arrival we were happy to accommodate your request to ship/bring your own pillows in advance due to your sleep sensitivities, and we’ll consider adding more pillow variety for future guests. Driveway Conditions: Mountain winters often bring freeze-thaw cycles that naturally cause ice. Our team responded promptly with ice melt to help ensure safe access, and we appreciate your understanding of the challenges winter weather can bring. Hot Water: We promptly adjusted the water heater after you reached out, and we’ve since made further tweaks to prevent future issues. Other Notes: Thanks for the suggestions on lighting and extra kitchen towels—we’ve already made updates! We’re glad you were able to enjoy the home and the beautiful surroundings during your visit. The hot tub was never broken, the hot tub company was experiencing an unfortunate vehicle breakdown that did delay them from arriving as scheduled. We do apologize for these mishaps, but they do happen from time to time. We are a local Big Sky company. We try our best to get matters resolved in a quick and timely manner, our guests are important to us. Both the property owners and our company take great pride in providing clean and inviting accommodations for our guests. RECENT REMODEL: the property has recently completed, in time for ‘20/’21 winter ski season, a beautiful remodel of the master bathroom as well as many small upgrades for our guests to enjoy.
