**PLEASE NOTE** - Strict 6 Guest Max (including kids) No events, Smoking or Pets Allowed. There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :)
There is NO AC at this Cabin. Please note...unlike Phoenix where 100% of places have AC, most places in Flagstaff Do NOT. It does cool off quickly at night and there are plenty of Fans to help move in the cooler air when opening the windows. Also note: this ONLY matters in June/July/August and usually just July.

Great time! Everything was great and I truly appreciated the online guide book. The instructions were perfect to start the gas fire stove. Also getting in and out was super easy with the key pad- I’ve stayed in places where this was a headache so I appreciated the ease of this one. ! I’d give everything 5/5 except there was some hair in the bathrooms so I gave 4/5 for cleanliness but the rest of the house felt perfectly clean! Really accurate description and no complaints!

Everything was fine. No complaints.
I wish we could have used the grill that was in the back yard. But their was no propane.

Clean, nicely furnished, great television & WiFi.
Kitchen has everything needed, including dry goods and paper products. Loved being south of town in the pines among interesting, eclectic neighbors. Our property was far superior to some in Mountainaire! We were disappointed there was no propane tank for the bbq and suggest an upgrade of mattresses-for us just too soft. It was a pleasure enjoying 80s weather for a week @ 7000’ - a welcome relief from desert heat as we enjoyed Flagstaff from our comfortable home in the heights!

Thanks so much for the great review! HOWEVER, please note, the BBQ uses Natural Gas, not propane so there is no propane tank, it's just a hose that you connect to the pipe at the house :) This is why I kindly request guests contact me ASAP with ANY issues so they can be resolved right away!

Disappointed
The inside of the cabin was clean enough, however, we had to sweep off the front porch and clean off the furniture before sitting there. The most disappointing issue was that for a party of 2, we were provided 1 bath towel for our stay. We ended up going to the JCPenney at the Flagstaff Mall and buying a couple bath towels. If you're planning on renting this cabin, BYOBT - bring your own bath towels. Not very convenient for out of towners who are flying in to the area to have to pack towels in their luggage.
The house was as described and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood streets and forest. Lots of birds! Pygmy Nuthatches, Western Bluebirds, Hairy Woodpeckers, Violet green Swallows, Mountain Chickadees and more. We would definitely come here again.
Loved this property. Convenient location to flagstaff, sedona, williams & literally everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, comfortable & plenty big enough for the month
The house was a perfect place for our extended weekend over family weekend at NAU. It was very clean and cozy. The 15 minute drive to campus was beautiful.
Beautiful little cabin in a ponderosa forest -- but it's in a subdivision where the other houses are just 20 feet away on all sides ... Beds were comfy, kitchen was adequate but lacked some basics (wine glasses, for example -- we left ours there for future guests), overall clean and nice. Enjoyed our stay but it was definitely not a quiet rural place away from other dwellings ...
We came to Arizona to visit Sedona and Grand Canyon and other interesting sites. The cabin was very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. A bit further away from Sedona than we hoped but otherwise a perfect stay.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was definately better than staying in a hotel. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We will be doing this again!

Cabin with very good location, very comfortable, very beautiful, correct spaces, very equate with everything you need to enjoy with your family.
Our family wanted to take a quick trip. This home is equipped with everything we needed when we were there. As a family of four with two young children, we are very pleased with our experience and would love to rent again.
I was very happy with our stay. It was centrally located to all our sight seeing locations. The property was clean. Our only issue was a tripped circuit breaker in the living room but once we figured out what caused it it was easily avoidable. We would definitely stay there again. In fact we drew the floor plan so we had a blueprint for the cabin we want to build.
