We were in Albuquerque for a wedding and had a large number of family memebers. This house is large and roomy, beautifully decorated and well furnished. The kitchen furnishings are generous, with an excellent coffee bar. Beds are nice and comfortable, and everything is clean and well kept. TVs in all the bedrooms, the living area and the kitchen area.We had a wonderful stay, and I strongly recommend this property, especially for large parties.

Fantastic and spacious home with killer view, great location for events on the west mesa and a park one block away for children. Highly recommend for families or even a couple wanting to just get a way and spoil themselves.

The stay was lovely- the house accommodated all of our needs-Except it would have been nice to have another room with 2 queens (fulls) instead of the king. (for our group) Even a king that could separate into 2 twins. Also, would suggest a makeup mirror in the master bath.Doors stuck in master bathroom and in another bathroom- difficult to open. Owner was amazing and quick to reply to our needs. Thank you.

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. There's a nice park with tennis courts near the home, and golf courses nearby. Note that there is no washer/dryer, so you cannot wash your towels (which are limited) or cloths if you are staying more than a couple of days. Also, there is no television downstairs in the bar area or living room. Otherwise, a great and comfortable place to stay.

Balloon Fiesta Fun

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Close to grocery, restaurants and activities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My family and friends stayed during balloon fiesta. Quick drive to the field for all of the events. In the morning we could see the balloons from the upstairs balcony. The home is well equipped and spacious. 10 adults and we had plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser for clothes in the second/third bedrooms. The room with the two queen beds had a rack with the TV in the closet so there was no where to hang or put clothes. Otherwise the home was great for our needs. Local contact is very responsive and all instructions for checkin/checkout and stay are clear. Would recommend for family get togethers or groups of friends needing a place in the ABQ area.
