This beautiful newly renovated home features 4 bedrooms sleeping 9 people with an ensuite, family bathroom (with new bath), and an additional hut outside- sleeping a further 3 people.

We have a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ for outdoor entertaining and fireplace inside for when it's colder.

The popular MOOMAA Cafe & Design Store is a short stroll down the driveway and offers catering, meals, and drink options - with 10% off for those using MOOMAA Stay!

Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you, Emma, for looking after the crew. Highly recommend

Recommended for a great break

The listing on Stayz was confusing - needs consistency. Confirmation and payment system were conflicting. Kitchen was poorly equipped - no teapot, only large cups, lacking enough cooking pots, no kitchen scales, too few small plates. Recycling options not clear - and no composting system Good bathroom, well equipped. Sustainable coffee options would have been welcomed. Shared bedroom lacked one lamp, but generally well set up. Beds very comfortable. Lounge and dining areas well equipped.

Hi guys, thank you for your feedback we will take this on board. As for a 1 star the listing confirmation and payment on Stays was not our issue. Luckily our place was available on the Thursday night for you to stay in. Would appreciate an adjustment to the rating as majority of this was out of our control.
