Whitlow Manor. Cosy family stay. Woodfire. Walk to town.
Whitlow Manor is our charming country abode set in a tranquil garden at the foothills of Walhalla, opposite Stringers Creek. It is perfect for a family getaway or to simply relax with good friends. When you are ready to unwind, curl up in front of the warm combustion fire with a good book, a hot chocolate or a glass of wine and you will be in Viking heaven...or should we say Walhalla.
Forget your worries and absorb yourself in the sheer beauty of this historic gold mining town with its rich story. The Manor closely replicates the façade of the old Whitlow Family's home from the 1800s but makes use of a warm modern-day interior. Just 200m from the old gold mine, located on the main road, it is within easy walking distance of the township shops.
The Manor has 3 bedrooms, all with closets and heating. The main bedroom has a QS bed, the second bedroom has a Double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single over double bunk all with quality mattresses.

Whitlow Manor was perfect for our weekend away with friends. The lounge, kitchen, dinning and fireplace are all in the one open living area, and the town centre located only a short walk away.
Helena and Nathan made the weekend easy by providing clear instructions on accesing and using the property, and suggesting activities and eating venues to visit in the region. We even received a phone call to make sure all the information got through to us!
I'm planning to return with the family and stay again. This little town is so beautiful and has so many activities on offer.
we had a wonderful time in the accomodation spacious clean and had a warm welcoming charm. The only issue was with the wifi which kept dropping out.not a big issue but could be looked at.
