Building offers restaurant, bar & extra pay parking. Everything is right at your doorstep and a short walk away.
Minutes to - highways, subway, nightlife, shopping & everything Montreal has to offer! CONDO OFFERS - Gorgeous sunny & clean open concept condo with high end finishings, Brazilian hardwood floors through out, large floor to ceiling windows. All the furniture is modern and the condo is nicely decorated as seen in the pictures. Living room comes equipped with a lovely electric Fireplace, a 50’ Flat screen Tv, Fibe Cable, Netflix access, DVD player and unlimited high speed wireless internet. The Kitchen has granite counters , all stainless steel appliances and offers everything needed to cook as well as all kitchen essentials. There is 1 fully closed bedroom with a queen size bed and large closets to arrange your personal items. The living room has 2 futon sofa beds, and if needed we could also supply a blow up bed if a 4th bed is needed. For young children there is a pack & play that can also be supplied.
There’s a large modern Bathroom with a relaxing soaker Tub that has a private en-suite entrance off the Bedroom. Plus Washer , Dryer & AC in the condo . There is 1 garage space included or a 2nd space for an extra fee, plus additional garage pay parking in the building, the subwat station is only steps away only a 2 min walk, plus city Bixi Bikes right outside the building and taxis are always in the area.

Perfect Location

Everything about this stay was perfect! Christie was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Great communication, provided recommendations, and made herself available if we needed anything (which we did not). The location was central to all of the main attractions without being right in the middle of the crowded areas. Building security measures, access and parking were all great.

Great experiences with the condo, the owner and especially a great location. All of the wonderful experiences of Old Montreal are right outside the door and to venture outside the area, the subway is across the street. We had a great time. Thanks Christie!

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The property is smack in the middle of the perfect niche of sightseeing seeing touristy, high end shops, hip thrifting shops and the best choices in restaurants all within walking or a short Uber hop. There is also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk if you prefer to eat in for breakfast as we did. All the things you need in the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of extra towels, cozy blankets and a deep soaking tub for an impromptu spa day. We already miss our home away from home. Christie thank you for being such an amazing host. You made our week in Montreal something very special.
