Everything was honestly perfect up until we entered our beds. The bedsheets looked like they weren’t cleaned (all rooms beds had white particles that looked like dead skin) Other than that, Francesco was super nice and responsive. Hot tub worked perfectly fine! Extra chairs were on site for us to use! Very cozy chalet.

Beautiful place and amazing property manager

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and it was so simple and relaxing! We loved it and we highly recommend staying there.

Chertsey chalet

Modern, recently updated property. Nice location only 7h from NYC. Close to nice ski slopes including Mont Tremblant. 20min away is a nice spa to relax. Owner Francisco give us tips and location links, which was very helpful. He was very easy to reach and answered all questions within a short time. I would highly recommend staying at the property. Beds were very comfy and house was spotless clean when we arrived. Thank you for hosting us. Best wishes.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. There was enough bedding for the four kids of the two families and two large beds for parents. It was a very clean property when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped (microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ...). Lighting was good for dinner time and play time. The spa was also very clean and quite easy to access from the house. I definitely reccommend this property anyone looking for a place nearby Montcalm ski station and hiking in Ouareau forest domain.

En arrivant, il y avait une forte odeur de produits nettoyants pour camoufler les odeurs d’égout. La pompe était brisée. La 2e toilette au sous-sol non fonctionnelle car bloquée. Le foyer est également dysfonctionnel. L’endroit est propre mais petit. L’escalier en colimaçon est très étroit. Bref, très décevant comme expérience:(

Beau séjour! Je recommande!En premier lieu, nous avons apprécié la propreté du chalet. À l’exception de quelques détails, tout était parfait. Cet aspect était très important pour nous.Le propriétaire est facilement joignable en cas de besoin et ses indications sont claires.Petit point négatif:Malgré le fait que nous avons descendu la température du spa au plus bas, celui-ci chauffait en continu ce qui nous a empêché d’en profiter car il était beaucoup trop chaud. Lorsque nous avons fait du lavage une odeur désagréable s’est dégagé au sous-sol. Pour le reste, tout était ok. La cuisine est bien aménagée permettant de se cuisiner un bon repas sur place.

Très beau séjour, mais nous n’avons pas accès aux poubelles a l’extérieur, puisqu’ils étaient en dessous de la neige. Aussi, la cours arrière n’était pas déneigée, donc nous avons du pelleter pour aller dans le spas et trop de neige sur le barbecue, donc nous avons pas pus l’utiliser. De plus, pas de sac poubelle et pas de savon pour le lave vaisselle, alors nous avons du l’acheter! Sinon, très belle place et confortable.

Endroit calme, les lieux étaient très propres et il y avait tout le necessaire pour un séjour de courte durée. Le propriétaire repond rapidement. La Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage.

Très bien pour une petite famille

Un beau chalet récent confortable et dans l’ensemble très bien ! Le rez-de-chaussée est assez petit (salon et cuisine) mais très bien pour une petite famille. Toutefois, il serait intéressant d’y retrouver des mitaines de four, des débarbouillettes, épices tel que du sel et poivre. Mon seul point plus décevant, les serviettes de la cuisine n’avaient clairement pas été laver et étaient très sales puisque après les avoir laver à la machine, toutes les tâches sont parties. Je louerais quand même car dans l’ensemble très bien !
