Resort includes secure 24/7 guarded gate, long size pool, hot tub, splash pad, fitness center, tennis court, internet café, movie theater, convenience store and more. 3rd floor condo so no noisy neighbors above you ! (no elevator)

There is a master suite with a King size bed, a Queen bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk bed and trundle . Brand new mattresses for all beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Bathroom vanities and other upgrades have also been added. There is also a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
