Modern Mapua Holiday Home
Set in very quiet and relaxing seaside holiday destination. Sliding doors open onto a covered concrete patio and a large lawn with a trampoline, vegetable garden, fruit trees and native plantings. You can relax in the modern property with fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook or stay in.
Be like a local and enjoy amazing coffee at Java Hut via a short, 5 minute stroll. Everything is up to 10 minutes walk - Four Square supermarket, Sprig and Fern tavern, children playground or Mapua Wharf with cafes, brewery, wine bar and independent retailers. Sunday market is located at
the opposite end of the street. Bike hire and ferry service to Rabbit Island Beach are also available at the wharf.
The property is close to the estuary and Ruby Bay to enjoy amazing views of the ranges and natural beauty of the Nelson/Tasman region. The property is well located to explore the region with the Great Taste Bike Trail around the corner. Richmond and Motueka are about 15 minutes drive and Kaiteriteri Beach is about 40 minutes drive. Well located to explore the Moutere region artists and wineries by car..
Ideal for people and families of all ages that are looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet village while still having access to a great range of activities. Being located on the flat it is possible to park the car for your entire stay and enjoy the village on foot or bike...

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
