GARDENS
The Pristine white sands of the patrolled Pottsville beach is conveniently accessed via a path connecting to the property's garden gate. Here you will also find a walking path taking you as far as Hastings Point.
Garden comes complete with outdoor shower, trampoline, cubby house with sandpit, fire pit, dining area and sofas.

GROUND FLOOR
To the front of the property you have free street parking.

Open plan kitchen diner and access into the huge outdoor gardens.
To the front of the house there is a lounge area with a large Smart TV, brand new comfortable sofas and a laundry room with toilet.

With newly added AIR CONDITIONING in the living space.

Kitchen- Fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Comes with a bean to cup Breville coffee machine and all condiments and kitchen items you would require for a great stay.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bedroom with stunning Ensuite. Complete with brand new high quality mattress & built in robes.
Powerful ceiling fan.

1st FLOOR - AC in the Master bedroom that filters through the living space, plus big Ocean breezes !

2nd Lounge with TV and brand new double Koala sofa bed.
Office/study nook with desk and chair.

Upstairs veranda with seating.

A Koala Queen sofa converts into a sofa bed please request linen for this at time of booking.

Luxury Bathroom with bath tub.
Please note that this acts as both an Ensuite to the Master bedroom and an upstairs family bathroom with 2 lockable access doors

Master king bedroom - Bedroom 2 - with built in robes and AC unit & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 - Triple bunk bed - double on the bottom, single on the top with a trundle bed and built in robes. Ceiling fan.

All linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Mattresses are brand new and of high quality.
Eco friendly large bottle toiletries are provided in each bathroom to use during your stay.

We are child friendly and have a high chair, kids stool, booster and kids dinnerware all on site. A porta cot can be provided if requested at least a week prior to your stay.

Fast WIFI is accessed throughout the house with all 3 Smart TVs providing apps and live TV channels.

The main hub of Pottsville is only a 15 minute stroll or a 2 minute drive. With plenty of shops and eateries to explore!

Hastings point and creek are only a 3 minute drive and the famous surf beaches of Cabarita - 5 minutes

Gold Coast Airport - 30 minutes
Byron Bay - 30 minutes

- Not to be missed, wine and dine at the very newly built Pipit Restaurant, reviews are wonderful, be sure to book!
- Fancy a night in? Plenty of options close by - Potty Mouth Pizza, Izakaya Potts or Pottsville Indian Hut.
- If you are feeling up for it, just up the road in quaint Cabarita Beach hosts the very popular and famous Paper Daisy Restaurant at Halcyon House or Husk Distilleries in Tumbulgum for an afternoon cocktail (20 minutes away).
