She provides bed linens and towels, including pool towels, beach chairs, and a parasol, for use during your stay.
The apartment comprises a beautiful oceanfront balcony with a table for 4 people and a round chaise lounge that accommodates at least two people, a suite with hot and cold air conditioning and a queen-size bed, and 1 (one) bedroom with cold air conditioning, a double bed and a workstation with high-speed internet, served by a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa with reclining seats, a 50-inch smart TV with Samsung TV and open channels, a kitchen with a table for 4, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, blender, orange juicer, plates, glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and utensils in general, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, sink and clothesline, cleaning supplies: brooms, detergent, sponge and upon request we will provide other cleaning supplies as much as possible.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shower for those returning from the beach, as well as a 25-meter swimming pool with a lap lane, a leisure area and waterfall, a tennis court, a gym, a mini football field, a dry and wet sauna, a refrigerator with drinks dispensed via an app, a playground for children, and a parking space.
Guest access
Guests can use all the condominium's facilities; the rules will be described in the user manual inside the accommodation.
The reception is open 24 hours a day. At check-in, an official photo ID of the guests who booked the accommodation is mandatory. Guests not listed on the reservation will not be allowed entry at check-in.

The accommodation is non-smoking; the rules for using the equipment are described in information displayed throughout the apartment and in the instruction manual.
