#502 Beach Place Condos - Nightly Rental

Enjoy one of the best resorts in the whole area of Clearwater/Tampa. The location is wonderful, for you can literally walk to the beach, walk to shopping, restaurants and water activities like fishing boats, water taxi, seadoo’s, parasailing. All without getting into a car. Flying here is absolutely the way to go if you don’t live close. The unit is equipped with so much. Granite countertops, full kitchen with all you need for cooking. The great view you have is from the master, living, kitchen, dining, and balcony. Enjoy the double electric recliner. You have 2 bedrooms with total of 4 queen beds, and includes a sofa sleeper. This unit offers nightly rentals and has one parking space.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

At 502 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. Just across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Trolley ride is $2.25 pp and goes up and down Gulf Blvd. The condo was spacious and clean, but the furniture is old and needs to be replaced.
