The Space:
This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, is a perfect "home away from home". One bedroom is located in a private upstairs loft, and the other bedroom is traditional New Orleans "shotgun style" in between the family and dining rooms on the ground floor. High ceilings provide an airy atmosphere, great for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and washer/dryer includes a starter pack of detergent. Other amenities include a smart roku tv, wireless interenet, and luxury sheets.
But the allure doesn't stop there—stepping outside, you'll discover a shared pool, a delightful oasis beckoning you to cool off and soak up the sun. Lounge on the poolside patio, sip on a refreshing beverage, and relish the tranquility of this hidden gem.

This home is a duplex, and other side is also an airbnb. Guests share use of the backyard, pool, and front porch.

Most parts of New Orleans are a 5 minute or less drive from the home. You can also utilize the blue bike rentals to bike around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours, and there is nearby loitering at the corner gas station. The backyard and pool are shared with the home on the other side of this double.
