The Regatta is a private gated resort community at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples FL and is located across the street from the 5 star Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort and a block away from the soon to be built Ritz Carlton Residence. Regattas fabulous amenities include a main swimming pool that is family friendly with a jacuzzi, waterfall and lounge chairs. There is a pool side Tiki Hut that offers a full kitchen with an ice maker and a barbecue area. Guest also have access to the fitness center, a furnished social room with built in media center, fishing piers and boat docks.

Regatta is less that .1 miles away from the award winning Vanderbilt Beach and their amenities that include chair and umbrella rentals, private cabana rentals, changing and restroom facilities, and a beach store that has all your food, beverage and beach needs. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over The Gulf of Mexico while having an evening picnic.

Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Public and NEWLY OPENED Seed to Table are all nearby for your grocery needs. Waterside Shops and World Famous 5th Ave are both within 10 miles and offer a wide variety of high end shopping and fine dinning options. The Mercato is located just 1 mile away and offers high end shopping, fine dinning and restaurants, outside events, and Silverspot. A luxury movie theatre complete with reserved leather seating and in movie restaurant and bar service.

Hello Sunshine is a beautifully decorated unit on the 10th floor and offers gorgeous views of The Gulf of Mexico and Vanderbilt Bay. NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN and Living Area as well as new crown molding and new leather/power reclining couches. The main living area has an open floor plan that allows for uninterrupted views out your private screened lanai from the kitchen, dinning area and family area. The family area has a 60" smart HDTV and board/card games for your enjoyment. The Master Bedroom has its own entrance to the private lanai and offers a King size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, separate soaker tub and shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower stall. Bedroom #3 has a full over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. It also has a flat screen Smart TV. The dinning room table can be extended to sit up to 10 people and their is a breakfast bar that sits up to 4 people. There is a laundry room in the unit that includes a washer, dryer and detergents. You will also find 6 beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella cooler beach toys and a beach cart in the laundry room. Enjoy Free internet and Wifi, and keyless entries to all The Regatta gates as well as the main door to the unit.

Such a SPACIOUS and well-appointed vacation home in the perfect location...just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and all our favorite beachfront restaurants. The unit is lovely with a beautiful lanai and large living/dining area. The primary bedroom is at one end of the unit, separated from the guest bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked, and they provided a wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, and lots of towels. The Regatta is well-maintained with lovely pools, pristine grills, & friendly people. Hosts were responsive & helpful. We had a great trip & already booked for next year!

This is an absolutely lovely condo & complex. Very clean and beautiful with great touches and amenities. Location is fantastic and a quick walk to Vanderbilt Beach. David was great and an excellent communicator throughout. Only suggestion would be to check on internet /tv connection with tvs which may need a boost or to be updated but already communicated that to owner. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Condo With A Lovely View

The furniture is extremely comfortable though out the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware to prepare family meals. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and time in the pool and hot tub. The owner was attentive. We will plan to rent again!

Regatta is Beautiful! Location to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants, shopping is first rate. However the Condo has a pretty bad Silverfish issue. Also, Showers, Grout is Gross! Carpets need to be ripped up-so dirty! The view is Awesome as is the size. Just needs some TLC.

I made meals, hosted a cocktail party with friends … Dave and Sara have thought of everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. We could have housed all my 5 beach loving sisters. Perfect Location and Great Sunset Views

We loved our stay at Hello Sunshine at the Regatta. The checkin process was seamless--what a great way to start our vacation. The condo is very spacious and superbly outfitted. The owners have everything you need for a day at the nearby beach-wagon, coolers, chairs and beach towels. The kitchen, recently updated, is well-equipped. In addition, the furnishings have been recently updated and everything feels fresh and coastal. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. We look forward to returning again!

Great first experience in Naples

Listing and pictures accurate and owners very responsive to inquiry. Location/neighborhood has great energy and just a short walk to restaurants, beach and walking path. Complex has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and water view great to wake up to. Condo is spacious and we could all spread out to work. Lanai is perfectly situated so you can enjoy any time of day without extreme sun or heat. Don't overpack and remember washer/dryer available!

This property was perfect for what my family was needing and wanting. We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton property previously but it was currently under renovation so we looked for another option. We will not be going back to the Ritz! This condo was perfect for my husband and I along with our son.Beautiful views, nicely updated, and all the little things that make us day special. Wonderful Four Week Vacation!!

This was our 6th winter vacation at the Regatta and our first time staying at "Hello Sunshine" We truly enjoyed this spacious 10th floor condo with all the comforts of home. The highlight was the spectacular view of Vanderbilt Bay and the Gulf from the lanai. Our grandchildren even spotted a few dolphins swimming in the Bay. The view in the evening was just as amazing with the shining lights on Gulfshore Boulevard and across the Bay. We would love to rent this condo again for 2 months in the future. Carol and Ron B. Spacious 3 BR Great View

Always enjoy the Regatta. This 3 bedroom unit faces inland waterway with gulf views in the distance. Newer furniture in FR and deck made for comfortable seating. As described, this unit included beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and wagon which are a must if walking the quarter mile to wonderful Vanderbilt Beach. Pool area has new chairs and grills and never crowded during our end of February stay. I had questions and owner responded promptly. I should have checked with them beforehand about stock of garbage bags and paper products as there were no garbage bags and few paper on hand. No big deal as Publix is a few minute drive.

Lovely Condo

10th floor of a 12 story building. Great views northward with gulf off in the distance. Vanderbilt Beach about 400 yrds from entrance and walkable for use & sunset - beach wagon and beach gear/towels provided. Larger pool with waterfall, easy walk-in, cool tub & hot tub. Smaller ‘lap-pool’ is the adult pool. Unit was well appointed and with much of the stuff you need in the kitchen & laundry. 2 bedrooms with private baths. Laundry room was nice to have. Only disappointment was the master tub was out of service and a known issue before the stay - good with showers yet the Mrs likes here baths and there was anticipation for several (like home) and give the unit pics & stated features/amenities. Like the area and would consider coming back.

Our family has relocated from Boston, MA to Naples FL. I am in Real Estate and my wife is the President of the PTO at our kids school. We rent and manage this unit ourselves and live less than 10 minutes away. We are always able to answer any and all of your questions in a very timely manner.

Why they chose this property

We have three children and know all about the challenges when traveling with children. At the Regatta the floor plan is ideal for families. It has a 2-1 split that allows for privacy but also lets you cook dinner and enjoy yourselves as a family or possibly as couples. In the evening you have enough space that the kids can be in their rooms at the back of the condo while you enjoy a evening cocktail or two on the screened lanai. The fact that The Regatta is less than .5 miles makes it ideal for families with smaller children that may get tired at the beach. You don't need to pack up the car and drive just to re pack the car and drive home after a couple hours. A short elevator ride also allows you to enjoy the resort like amenities.

What makes this property unique

Vanderbilt Beach is one of, if not the best location in SW Florida for vacation travelers. A 25 mile drive from the airport and your surrounded by numerous options for beaching, swimming, casual and fine dinning, golf, etc.
