Perfect winter weekend getaway

Some friends and I (mid-late twenties) chose this cabin for our place to stay for our annual cross-country ski trip and we couldn't have picked a better place. There were plenty of beds for all of us; the kitchen was well equipped; the wifi was fast and it was easy to connect and watch sports on the Roku and TV; the whole house was warm despite temps well below freezing; and the host, Joe, was incredibly patient and accommodating with us despite some weather-related delays. We will definitely consider booking here again when we inevitably come back to Roscommon for outdoor endeavors.

Great location ,

Family summer trip . First time to Michigan. Loved the closeness to the lake! House is clean. Plenty of room . One bedroom downstairs has ac via window unit. Same for upstairs. They can be a little loud but not deterring. Corn hole and fire pit a plus. Property manager is easy to reach and very attentive and helpful. Close to north and south Higgins state park, everything you need ! Loved it !

Family Trip

This is a great property within a short drive from Higgins lake. Tons of room for parking trucks/boats (we had two boats and two pickup trucks). Beds were comfy and our kids loved the upstairs loft! Very clean and comfy overall - we will be back!

Nice little place to stay

We had a great time. The location was perfect for us. We spent a couple days boating on Higgins lake, the house was very nice, very clean. The neighbors were very nice. The little store around the corner had all kinds of things that we needed. If we ever go to Higgins lake again. Boating we will look at staying at this place if it's available. Nothing but good things to say.
