This beautifully decorated, light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with newly renovated bathrooms is not to be missed. Enjoy sunrises, ocean breezes and al fresco dining from the balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to prepare your meals including a brand-new refrigerator and stove, a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, (Keurig, and a French Press), and washer and dryer. The tile-floored kitchen is complete with a large countertop, barstool seating for four and a brand-new dining table with six chairs. The living room features tile flooring, a convertible queen sofa, brand new area rug , new French doors, ceiling fan, and a new LG Smart 50-inch TV for your enjoyment. The main bedroom offers a queen bed with brand new mattress, TV, brand new LVP flooring, ceiling fan, access to the balcony and spectacular ocean views with a new French door. The large, second bedroom features a new queen size bed, ceiling fan, brand new LVP floors, and a TV for your enjoyment. There is central air throughout and free WIFI for the guests.

Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week.
