Plaza 712 - 2Br/Den/2Ba oceanfront w/indoor,outdoor and kiddie pools.

The 'Jewel of the Beach' – otherwise known as The Plaza. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind luxury building featuring an indoor and outdoor pool, children’s pool, a huge oceanfront sundeck with chairs, tables, and umbrellas, whirlpool, sauna, and an outside bar and grill open during the summer season, as well as an inside bar and restaurant. True oceanfront – incredible views from the living room and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. The unit is equipped with Xfinity TV (3), including a 65" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, 3 DVDs, Free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, and both sofa beds have pillow-top mattress pads for added comfort. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020, with the master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is central A/C, a phone, and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are available for $15 per spot upon availability. The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 7. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
** We now have two dedicated spaces that are located along the ocean front wall on the south side of the building. In those two spaces are Blink Electric Car Chargers. These are level 2 chargers.

The Best View

The staff of the Plaza were all so helpful from check in to just any basic questions we had. Loved our 3 pm check in. Sometimes check in day is too exhausting, but not this time. GREAT!!

Love the Plaza

Second time at the Plaza, first time in this unit. We had a wonderful time! We forgot chairs, so we had to rent them on the beach. Other than that, a great trip and a great unit!

The Plaza Unit 712

The Plaza complex was great. Out unit 712 not so much , the floors were very dirty they weren’t wet mopped in a long time . Our feet and socks were black in 15 minutes of our arrival. We had to clean them outselves and purchase mops since the ones in the unit were filthy. The Unit also needs a thorough house cleaning including the deck.
