This Tiny Home is in a quiet residential area , close to downtown, the University, the Royal Jubilee Hospital and one of the nicest beaches in the City, Gonzales Beach.

The space
The contemporary design is open, bright and spacious. Includes all of the essentials - espresso maker, walk-in rain shower, heated floors, wifi, flat screen TV, Netflix! Opens out to a small green space, stone patio, gas BBQ and hot tub.

This home and yard provides complete privacy ,security and comfort. Victoria is famous for all kinds of biking - Road biking, E-bikes, Mountain bikes, etc and we are half block away from the City Bike Path that connect throughout the City and beyond - from beaches and lakes all the way to Airport! Bicycles, scooters (also very popular) or motorcyclesare available upon request.

Over night stay

The property is located in a subdivision with nice, well kept homes. The house is definitely tiny. It was advertised as 2 queen beds. I was expecting 2 bedrooms verse both beds being in the same room which was awkward for 2 couples. I was not sent any information in advance regarding check in process. I had to contact the owner 24 hours prior to my stay to learn of the check in process. We arrived to a clean home; however, we found dirty sheets on the bedroom floor and no toilet paper. The refrigerator had food in it as well. A different experience than previous vrbo rentals.
