Serenity In The Trees

Peaceful place to stay and relax with the whole family whether you're looking to stay on the property and enjoy a tranquil gaze of the outdoors or are looking for adventure. A short drive to many activities incl. Mikisew Provincial Park, Eagle Lake Golf Course, The Forgotten Trails and more!
Deer Lake and Eagle Lake are very close by for your enjoyment. 5-15 min drive depending on the beach you prefer. Multiple boat launches at both lakes are available for your use. Lots of things to do in the Town of South River incl. visiting the Crystal Cave Mineral, Gem and Fossil exhibit & savour the hand crafted spirits from the Copperhead Distillery and The South River Brewery.
The space
Step inside this bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with open concept kitchen/dining room and living room. Enjoy a beautiful fireplace and plenty of seating throughout the home.

Kitchen
Full Kitchen equipped with Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. All of the cookware, bakeware and utensils are provided.

Living Rooms
Take advantage of the Starlink WIfi Connection throughout the house and warm up on the queen size futon located in the upstairs living room facing the fireplace and a TV. The downstairs living room has two convertible couches with storage as well as a TV.

Bedrooms
All 3 Bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and one bedrooms is located downstairs.
Other things to note
Next to 10 000 acres of crown land to explore. Two lakes close by. Deer Lake and Eagle Lake are very close by for your enjoyment.

Our home can fit up to 12-14 people if people share beds and children are included. If everyone wants their own bed then 7 people is our Max.
If you book with the right amount of guests it is $35 per person per night over 4 people. Fee for undeclared guest will be $200 per person per night.
Not disclosing pets is a $225 fee. We have cameras in the driveway and near the door. It is literally impossible to sneak people or pets in.

A great little home away from home! We stayed here for 2 night and had no issues. The host is super responsive! Just a reminder to bring water bottles as you can’t drink the water.

Beautiful newly renovated cottage.

We had good time staying in the cottage. The place is clean and my nephews and nieces enjoyed the arcade and the big yard. We played badminton. It is suitable if you like quiet environment. Only it is far for us because we are from Toronto. The owner responded immediately when i asked some questions. Overall nice place to stay.
