This inviting home in the Tuscany at Westside Resort community will offer our guests comfort, convenience, and lots of beautiful colors to behold. Each room is unique in design and will make you smile. Upon entering the home, you cannot wait to see it all! This home is located less than five minutes from Kissimmee's renowned 192 corridors, where shops and restaurants are abundant. It´s also a short drive to 429 and the western entrance of Walt Disney World.

- The LIVING ROOM is outfitted with comfortable seating set across from a large Smart TV with cable channels and the capability to connect to your own streaming accounts.

- Spacious and fully-equipped KITCHEN is equipped with updated appliances and a large breakfast bar with 4 comfortable chairs. Its proximity to the dining room means you never have to walk far to enjoy your snack, meal, or beverage.

- In the heart of the DINING ROOM sits a stylish table surrounded by 8 chairs, creating a cozy and inviting space.

- The LANAI/Private Patio area is complete with patio furniture accommodating up to six people. Additionally, there are sun loungers and the POOL and SPA, with their captivating and distinctive design, eagerly await your arrival. For added peace of mind, a Child Safety Alarm has been installed on the sliding door.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note these items are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
