Located on the ground floor of a Sardinian granite stone villa, 5 minutes from the beach. This is an F2 apartment consists of a living room, open kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom, a sofa bed located in the living room all arranged on 75 mq. In addition, a terrace of 15 mq with garden is surrounded by lemon and apricot trees.
Completed in 2010, with top-class supplies, the accommodation has satellite TV, washing machine, kitchen furniture, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. The warm welcome of the owners and the discreet and confidential environment make it an ideal place for a family holiday.
The atmosphere is calm and discreet, ideal for relaxing. The beach is nearby, there is no need for a car to get there. Collective parking is available elsewhere, in a quiet street next to the villa, without passing cars.
