About this property

This is a lovely light and spacious two bedroom unit which is located only a 5 minute walk to Bennetts Beach and a casual 12 minute walk to beautiful Jimmys Beach. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and the main bedroom also has an ensuite. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need including a coffee pod machine. The lounge has two 2-seater leather lounges with 2 electronic reclining seats, Smart TV, WiFi, JBL Soundbar and air-conditioning. There is a large dining table and the bathroom has a bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.This unit also has access to the roof-top shared space which is just perfect to sit, relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and birds. (Children must be supervised on the roof-top space.) This is a perfect location for either your family or two couples wanting to be close to the beaches, local bar, club and shops.
