Enjoy holidaying in one of Hawks Nest's most prestigious locations with easy beach access to 42km of endless sparkling beach.

Providence Bay Park, located within a 2-minute walk, the perfect place for the family picnic, the kids can enjoy the playground equipment while mum and dad relax in the landscaped gardens, enjoying gentle sea breezes.

Set on two levels, downstairs features a self-contained kitchen complete with dishwasher. The lounge room is equipped with TV, DVD and VCR not forgetting to mention the cosy furnishings. The dining table seats 5 and opens out onto the entertainment deck. This townhouse is in good condition. The ground level has a timber deck of the dining room perfect for an afternoon BBQ.

The upstairs area has two sunfilled bedrooms both with air conditioning, built ins and both bedrooms access to the small balcony. Bedroom one is complete with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a duo (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a second television. There is an internal laundry and bathroom. A covered carport is located in the rear parking area.

This property is equipped with Wi-fi and a Smart TV, with fetch TV compatibility.

-Driveway is steep and narrow in width, suitable for small to medium sized vehicles only.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

Excellent Location

The townhouse is very clean, plenty of space, and kitchen got everything. It has BBQ and outdoor pergola. We enjoyed really well and recommend any family with upto 3 kids.

Satisfactory ... I wanted to be close to my grandkids who were next door or I would have chosen a place without stairs due to a disability. Though have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed the break.
