Needs attention

Could of been clearer found socks in couch and food in couch from previous people and the lawn needed mowing actually left 2 nights early

Family Easter Vaca

We loved the place with the exception of being Easter weekend, the yard was not mowed for egg hunt, only the back door walkway porch was cleaned off from pollen, both screened in porches had the entire pollen season of dust, wasn't able to use or sit, we tried sweeping and dusting, but was to much. Had to use our own chairs to sit under covered parking area, glad we brought them. We are at the end of pollen season, They should have cleaned, I could understand a lil pollen dust, but not the whole season! The windows were also dirty, such as the doors, frames and kitchen sink area. Also, there must be a septic over flow, the yard was very soaked and smelled of sewage around the burn pit, we tried to have a burn, but the smell. The ceiling fans were coated in dust and dust bunnies around and under furniture. I left a review with the Evolve, it's been a week and still no reply. We did enjoy the area and did lots of fishing from dock caught 5 turtles and two catfish! . Also, the can opener did not work, needs to be replaced. I hate to be negative on a review, but I was disappointed. If they would have done a lil better on cleaning it would have been a great stay! Also, the neighbors on both sides were very friendly. Also, if they Evolve, would have replied to my review within timely manner or even replied at all, I would not have made this public review.

New family tradition

Wonderful vacation home with activities for everyone! Beautiful, peaceful area with easy access to the lake, fishing, boating and more! One suggestion would be more lighting at back steps and back yard for evening games, dinners, etc... Accomodated our large family well!
