This delightful 3-bedroom residence is situated on a corner lot, featuring a luxurious king bed, a queen bed, and a comfortable futon. Adding to its allure is a rejuvenating hot tub accommodating 4-5 individuals, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the proximity of Sheridan Beach, a mere 5-minute walk from this charming retreat, further enhances its appeal.

Access instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

• Single-Level Living: The entire home is on one level.
• Bedroom 1: King bed.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Futon.
• Kitchen: Equipped with all appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and basic spices/oil.
• Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.

• Coffee: We provide 8-10 Keurig coffee pods and regular coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.
• Firewood: A starter supply of firewood is available.
• Hot Tub Service: Our hot tub techs will check chemicals every 2-3 days, usually within 5 minutes, without disturbing you.
• Pre-arrival Form: Completion and agreement to rental conditions required prior to stay, including uploading ID.

This was a great property. It was a close walk to the beach, toddler friendly, clean and had everything we needed right there. There are plenty of great restaurants in town and If you want shopping you can just go 15 minutes north to new Buffalo! We would definitely stay again!
