Great place and wonderful views. This cabin was very clean and a very nice size for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities state that there is A/C and in the FAQ is states that there is no A/C. There is no A/C. The only downside would be that the furniture in the living room is not very comfortable.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely cabin with great views. Nice and clean. The wall heater in the main bath put out very little heat and it was needed. It would also be helpful to provide the locations for the public trash dumpsters. Finally, the pillows on the beds though were really substandard; hard and lumpy. These are all easy fixes and we thought you would want to maybe improve these things for future guests. Would love to come back.
Love everything about this place. Our second time here in two months. The cabin is perfect, clean and well stocked. The deck is amazing with really pretty views and lots of wildlife. We'll be back.

Therapeutic
It was great! So relaxing and cabin was very clean and cozy. My trip was a girls trip that was very therapeutic for us all. Thank you
The location is peaceful, close enough to Cloudcroft, and perfect for a family that is looking to getaway, enjoy the outdoors, and stay in a very comfortable place.
The cabin is perfect! Not too terribly far from town, but far enough away to have a quiet, peaceful vacation! The cabin is very clean & updated nicely, and has all the amenities you may need. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Cloudcroft! Next time, we are staying longer!
We rented this property for a sister's retreat and enjoyed our stay. Our host was great. We had problems one day with the hot water and he took care of the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this property rental. It was very peaceful, and the place was clean and well stocked.
This charming cabin could not have been more perfect. We loved everything about it. Whoever cleans this place does an immaculate job. Well stocked with everything we needed. We loved it so much, we only left for 2 hours of the entire 5 night stay. The deck was absolutely lovely, with the BEST views of the forest and wildlife. Hummingbirds kept us entertained for hours. It's remote and exactly what we were looking for. The driveway was a bit tricky even with a 4 wheel drive, but wouldn't deter us from coming back, and we have every intention of doing so. Loved our stay! No complaints! Thank you to the owners for doing such a great job on this place and sharing it with us!
We throughly enjoyed our stay in the peaceful mountain cabin. The cabin had everything we needed. The large porch served as our entertainment watching the Chipmunks, humming birds and local birds. We were disappointed that we did not see any deer, Elk or bears. The clean mountain air was refreshing.

Amazing cabin!!
Our family enjoyed our long weekend stay at this cabin! It was perfect in every way. All amenities were on point. The views from all the windows were magnificent. It was close enough to downtown Cloudcroft.... And most importantly.... VERY COMFORTABLE!! We will definitely stay there again!! 💘
This cabin was SO worth looking for. What a treasure! The rooms were well kept and comfortable. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The others in our party did not attend after all and we had the cabin to ourselves and enjoyed the quiet. We told everyone at our family reunion about the cabin and how roomy it was - we bragged about all the amenities :)

15 min from Cloudcroft
Nice cabin, clean and comfortable. Dining room was very nice with a big table and lots of light. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice too. A rather awkward front entry, but we used the back door on the porch after our initial entry. We did expect the place to be closer to Cloudcroft than it was. It's about a 15 min drive to town, and no apparent hiking or other outdoor activities nearby. The place did seemed a little isolated, but if that is what you are there for, quiet time with your family, you will be happy. Dogs down the road are free to roam and are very unfriendly as you walk by, as someone else noted, and no one around to control them.Loved all the birds that came to visit the bird feeders!

We loved the cabin so much. The architecture and design as well as the interior decorating was outstanding. So much natural light. It was extremely clean. It was exactly the right amount of space for my 70ish parents, my husband and myself, and our three kids, ages 16, 11 and 5. You know it was good because my teen son made a social media post featuring the view from the balcony and the awesome grill. Speaking of the balcony, I could have just sat out there all day. I had my rocking chair right by the hummingbird feeder and they would come right up even when I was sitting there. We enjoyed the high quality of the towels, so thick and fluffy and soft. There was plenty of hot water and the showers were amazing. Other things we enjoyed were the proximity to local hiking trails, White Sands National Park, and the town.
My son wanted to add that he especially appreciated the Keurig and the french vanilla creamers, and my daughter wanted to say how much she enjoyed getting up early to eat breakfast on the balcony. My youngest child thoroughly enjoyed the porch swing.
The only thing I did want to add was that my daughters and I went for a walk around the block one morning, or we tried to, but a pretty vicious looking loose dog came out from a nearby house, and no one there called it back or anything. We had to go back the way we came. That was the only small thing that happened that was negative and I know it's nothing that the owner can change, I just wanted others to be aware.
