King size bed in bedroom and deluxe inflatable queen sofa bed in the living room. Other features include a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, newer electric stove microwave, tile floors throughout, balcony with 4 bar height chairs, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, Blu-Ray DVD player, WiFi service, electric fireplace for atmosphere and also has a setting to provide heat for the condo. In addition, a 2016 4 passenger golf cart with canvas sides is provided for getting in to town and around the island. 803 sq ft. H177 | | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (security gate guard, pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted: 3 night minimum July & August).
