As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of
25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no pets on the premises. We
reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
