My husband and I stayed here for several days in July. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for with a place to sleep, relax, and eat. The apartment is in the heart of Palermo Soho with lots of restaurants etc. around. Would recommend to anyone looking to experience BA like a local.
The apartment was comfortable and clean. Living room and kitchen fairly roomy. Not sure what was going on with the living room tv but no cable or local channels. Ran the scan but no success. Was only able to watch Netflix. The mattress in the bedroom was a bit hard so didnt make for a overall comfortable sleep. The bathroom is small and awkward. If looking for an overall okay place for the price in a good location then it's worth it.
This property was extremely well thought out and even seemed new. Spotless. Location was great surrounded by bars and restaurants but not so close that it kept you up at night. I had one problem one day when the power went out for hours and it was 35 ( no air conditioning) Andrea moved me for the night and I appreciated that so much. Extra bed linens and towels were left and I appreciated that too. The only issue was communication, it was a nightmare checking in and after 24 hours of travel it made it much worse. The instructions were unclear and it took a while for her to answer, I almost requested a refund. I did ask for an early check in and they said absolutely not. The check out wasn’t great either although they did give me a late check out instructions to walk a couple of blocks with two heavy suitcases and a bag didn’t work for me at all. I could never figure out how to use the oven and stove and it was days before I figured out the garbage.i also could not use the balcony, their furniture was so uncomfortable on the balcony I gave up trying.
