• Rates are calculated for 5 beds and up to 12 people; any additional individuals or the utilization of split kings or single beds require approval and extra charges apply. All roll out beds are kept off site and must be booked in and paid for prior to your stay.

• The adjoining commercial space to the cottage is accessible upon request and extra charges apply.

• Strictly no pets without prior approval and fees apply (approved pets are only allowed outside).
