Beachside family home - 3 minute walk to the beach. Located in Safety Beach

Located only a few minutes walk from the golden sands of Safety Beach this homes represents both old and new design bought together. Comprising of the original home with the addition of six spacious bedrooms and enough yard space to to play your favorite sport. The coastal trendy cafe precinct of Dromana is only a quick drive away. Whilst on the Peninsula visit Arthurs Seat as well as superb wineries within easy reach. Martha Cove marina is just a short drive.

This coastal retreat offers six bedroom comprising of
Bed 1 - King Bed with ensuite - heating/cooling with rear access to yard.
Bed 2 - Queen Bed with rear access to yard.
Bed 3 - Two single beds
Bed 4 - Two single beds
Bed 5 - Two single beds with additional trundle
Bed 6 - Queen Bed
Portable and ceiling fans are also present in selected bedrooms.

Laundry facilities at your convenience including washing machine, iron, ironing board and floor cleaning equipment.

Enjoy the comfort of the open plan living with heating and cooling utilizing the smart TV to watch your favorite shows. No issues with amenities as this property has 3 toilets and 3 showers with an additional outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Wifi connection is available for additional peace of mind.
This property is secured via a smart door lock which saves you the hassle of having to be concerned about keys.
A code will be sent to your prior to entry.

Beach weekend

We had a great weekend minutes from the beach. Connie was a responsive host and the house was clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced for a summer break on the peninsula.The living area would be a little small for more than 6 people, but suited our group perfectly. Highly recommended.

Family beach holiday

This is an older style house that is very clean and well maintained with an extension which suits perfectly a large group such as extended family. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Unlike some similar accommodations, this house had either queen beds or 2 single beds in the rooms rather than crammed with lots of beds or bunks in one bedroom.The property has a lovely large lawn where we could play ball games. Was walking distance to a beautiful beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and offered an early check-in and there was a bottle of cold wine in the fridge on arrival which was an unexpected but lovely treat.We would love to stay here again. A fabulous long weekend away and would recommend to others.
