Great apartment fantastic locatiob

Good accommodationCould have used a few extra blankets for the beds in winter and perhaps an extra arm chair for the lounge Other than that was perfect

The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. But the property is way older than what is shown in the photos. The carpet has holes in it throughout and their stains everywhere … on the couch, on the carpet, on the counters, on the walls,and on the furniture. One bathroom was full of mold, and the sink faucet turned around, while the other bathroom has a broken handle on the shower door. It had a washer and dryer, but both were not working very well. This is clearly a property that requires investment.

Reunion fun

The property was perfect for us. 5 women celebrating 50 years since we shared a house at Teachers College. It’s a good size and in a fabulous position. It had a few things that needed attention like blinds that wouldn’t open, blinds really filthy, exhaust fan not working. Things you could live with but easily fixed just the same.

Property was well located however poorly maintained. A number of lights didn't work plus exhaust fans & heat lamps in the bathrooms. Tap in bath leaked & toilet in ensuite also. Window coverings were in poor condition & either didn't work or were difficult to operate
