Brand new house, well-stocked kitchen, unique French-inspired décor, and location is making this basement suite a perfect weekend getaway or a comfortable place for a longer stay.

As you step into the suite, you'll be greeted by a warm and tastefully furnished living room, designed to be a gathering place for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the plush cushions of the pull-out sofa, where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the city or catch up on your favorite Netflix shows on the flat-screen TV.

Our French-inspired suite futures two bedrooms with a King size bed in one bedroom, comfortable Twin trundle bed in another bedroom (include 2 twin size beds) and a pull-out sofa in the living room (Queen size). Walk-in closets are available for your belongings, allowing you to keep your living area clutter-free.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essential utensils you'll need.

The suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The convenience of the pull-out sofa in the living room ensures that everyone has a cozy spot to lay their head at night.

The suite also offers a well-appointed bathroom, complete with a refreshing shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. In addition, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite.

Our property is conveniently located minutes away from Langley Events Centre, Langley Memorial Hospital, Willowbrook Shopping Centre with lots of recreational and dining options nearby.

GUEST ACCESS:

The basement suite is located in a brand new house. You will have a separate private entrance with an electric smart lock.

There is a designated parking spot for one car in the driveway next to the garage. It is conveniently accessed from the back alley. Please note that the width of our on-site parking space is 2 meters and it may not fit larger vehicles such as pick up trucks. There are also free parking options available on the street near our property.

There are two sets of stairs leading into the suite: first one is 4 stairs and second one is 12 stairs.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

Please note that our unit does not have a dishwasher.

Please be aware that the backyard grass area is not intended for guest use. Occasionally, there may be a small and friendly dog playing in the backyard. If you have any concerns about the dog being present near the pathway leading to the entrance of your basement suite, please do not hesitate to inform us.

Should you need to empty the in-suite garbage bins during your stay, there are outdoor garbage bins located next to the house on the left side as you face the front of the building.

Zebra blinds in the unit have kids-safe cordless opening and closing mechanism. In order to bring the blinds up or down please grab the attached wand, press the round button, slide the regulator up/down, hold the two plastic horns on the regulator tightly and adjust the length of the blinds by sliding the whole regulator down several times.

Please note: we have a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and other applications for you to enjoy, however there is no cable television installed.
