Great house in a good location.

The house was really nice and we will look for it again when we are there. Plenty of room and the bedrooms were all separated enough where it didn’t feel crowded at all. We had everything we needed to cook meals there and had a separate refrigerator on the back patio for beverages. Kevin is a great host and responded quickly anytime we contacted him.

The home was perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean. I did email our Evolve contact and didn't receive an answer back. So for anyone else having questions regarding the property, it does come with gas for the grill and floats. We would definitely stay again!

Our property manager rates zero. He was the worst one i have ever had. Lets start with the bed rooms. I booked this house because it had a total of 6 beds, but we only had five. The landscape was uncut. The manager and i were texting and we decided i would be compensated for the inconvenience. He agreed and nothing has happened. I feel he's very misleading. Maybe he just doesn't care about the clients. The house was clean and well decorated but it is definitely time to update the outside furniture. I have our text msg if you need them for clarity. We still followed our check out procedures to the letter. I am a woman of my word even if your property manager is not.
